Day 10 and tonight the cyclists will be staying in Invergarry at Glen Albyn Lodge.  Hopefully they will get a good nights sleep and the midges are not as bad as yesterday the guys really struggling however Stevie had skin so soft to hand and hopefully that will do the trick for today.

Their distance today is approximately 80 miles so again another big day fingers crossed the weather is on their side as some hills along the way but all in all not as bad as Shap Fell the other day.

Boys had a good healthy breakfast this morning so that probably means sausage,egg,bacon,beans,potato scone…etc.
