Starting off this morning with breakfast with theIR partners in Tain at the Royal Hotel and then an 85 mile cycle to John o’Groats if you say it quick it does not sound that bad but these guys started 12 days ago on day one with a 36 hr day and finally some 12 days

Today the guys are setting off from Invergarry to Tain the second last day of the charity cycle with roughly 75 miles to cycle and some more hills today so hopefully the weather will be kind to the guys out there on the road. Due to internet problems we are slowly getting the videos.  We

Day 10 and tonight the cyclists will be staying in Invergarry at Glen Albyn Lodge.  Hopefully they will get a good nights sleep and the midges are not as bad as yesterday the guys really struggling however Stevie had skin so soft to hand and hopefully that will do the trick for today.
